I've been managing tens of Business re-engineering projects, SAP implementations projects and other system implementation projects. Defined Project and Project Portfolio Management model for large company, built training model and conducted training covering 200 persons of the same company starting from CEO, watched and supported the deployment of the portfolio management model. Basically all System projects have included some sort of process desing and remodelling. Been managing and facilitating Development of Way of Working, coordinating work for Process Owners and Managers aiming to improve Operations. Familiar with all aspects of Business Process Management.
