I am a co-founder and CEO of Route, a digital health company that is building the "Waze" to mental health. Route is designed to provide authentic, empathetic, and personalized support to users as they navigate their emotions and mental health challenges, using technology as a tool for empowerment, resilience, and emotional balance. With over 20 years of experience in operations and venture capital, I have a passion for applying technology to solve healthcare's big problems. I invest and advise entrepreneurs and companies on launching and scaling their healthcare businesses, focusing on areas such as chronic disease management, personalized medicine, and decentralized clinical trials. I am currently on the boards of NuvoAir, MedCrypt, Prenosis, and Oncora Medical, and an advisor to Flagler Health, Moxe Health, and Sibly. I also serve as a venture advisor to Chasm Partners, a leading healthcare recruiting and talent development organization. In addition, I teach healthcare entrepreneurship at the Wharton School, where I share my insights and lessons learned from leading and supporting multiple successful health tech and medical device ventures.
