Knowledgeable in all major environmental regulations to include, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Clients include US Air Force, US Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Command, National Parks Service and other federal agencies. Experienced in prospect identification, strategic capture planning and proposal development for federal clients. Excels at customer relationship building for both federal customers and business teaming partners. Led capture for contracts and task orders of all sizes for Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) clients. Implemented new program emphasizing capture for competitive task order sales on MATOCs. Developed program targeting opportunities and emphasizing pre-positioning to increase sales. Increased task order wins 15% year over year. As program manager, responsible for overall task order sales and project execution for seven Air Force programs totaling more than $300 million in revenue. Ensured qualified staff were assigned, and program accomplished quality and safety objectives while on budget and on schedule. Responsible for task order award negotiation, client relations, and resolving contract issues. Managed projects covering environmental compliance, investigation and remediation for US Air Force USACE and commercial customers. Closed sites at 2 former Air Force Bases under Multi-Agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigation Manual (MARSSIM).
