He is a trusted security adviser to CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and executive committees with expertise securing government, healthcare and corporate environments while providing strategic leadership to the development and implementation of Global Information Security, Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Risk Management, Compliance, Privacy and Incident Response Programs. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: • Demonstrated expertise leading global teams responsible for security architecture, engineering, operations, incident response and compliance. Practical experience maturing organizational security through integrating controls derived from NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001/27002, GLBA, SOX, COBIT and other industry best practices. Lead teams responsible for implementing technical security controls in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments to include: next generation firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, antivirus/antimalware solutions, endpoint detection and response, VPN’s, encryption, multi-factor authentication, content filtering, threat and vulnerability management solutions, security information and event management, spam filtering, web application firewalls, web and reverse proxies, wireless security, computer forensics and other activities in support of enterprise information security program goals. • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor highly skilled, multi-disciplined globally dispersed information security teams charged with global security responsibilities to protect enterprise environments while managing capital and expense budgets that exceed 14 million dollars.
