Ten years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. I currently manage KARL LAGERFELD global co-branded initiatives and licensing businesses. With a unique position in a Fashion company, the Licensing Department is in charge of all licensed product categories from the contract negotiations, to the design and manufacturing of the collections, the sales and distribution, PR, marketing and all associated go to market strategies. In that context, I build our brand strategic vision and develop the operational mechanisms needed to make it reality. I successfully manage and deliver complex global projects and business, and drive both results and brand satisfaction. I use my communication skills to structure processes and create engagement for all levels of stakeholders, and along the value chain, ensuring durable solutions. Because doing less bad is per definition not doing good, I want my skills and experience to benefit an innovative organisation that leads with strategy and human sense our world into sustainability and circular business models.
