Paul is the Global Director of Business Intelligence for Harry Winston, Inc. Prior to that he was the Director of Data Services for Ideel, Inc. Paul specializes in Business Intelligence and directed the complete development lifecycle of the enterprise data warehouses at Simon & Schuster, Weight Watchers International, Ideel and Harry Winston. Paul's BI expertise includes mastery of legacy applications (architecture/processes/business rules), Extraction Transformation and Load (ETL) to the data warehouse, design and architecture of the data warehouse, selection, implementation and direction of user analysis interfaces/front-end tools and development of analyses, self-service reporting and data mining applications. Paul's responsibilities have also included advising on data architecture issues for Online subscription, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financials/ERP and Forecasting applications. Paul works well with all business units and supports analyses, operations and business process engineering/re-engineering throughout the organization.
