My practice includes the full spectrum of labor and employment law matters. I have substantial litigation experience defending federal and state wage and hour collective and class actions, as well as audits and investigations before the U.S. Department of Labor and New York State Department of Labor. In addition, I represent clients before the EEOC, its state and local equivalents and in state and federal court, defending against claims filed under Title VII, ADEA, and ADA and related state/local anti-discrimination laws. I also advise employers in all matters related to union organizing and the collective bargaining process and frequently appear before the National Labor Relations Board.
