Kris Avery has valuable expertise in real estate sales & marketing, property management and new development over the last 20-plus years. Kris worked as a director who led sales and marketing efforts for various Manhattan and Brooklyn luxury condo new developments including One Madison Park and Oosten as well as serving as a Director of Marketing at Steiner NYC, launching Steiner East Village condo sales, Hub leasing & repositioning stabilized assets. Kris also served as a Director of Sales and Leasing in Greenwich, Connecticut overseeing developments as well as a mansion portfolio in back country Greenwich. Additionally, Kris was Director of Marketing and Sales for the top developer in Westchester, she launched new home sales and marketing at the Westchester Ritz-Carlton and a portfolio of luxury sales developments. Working closely with developers on pre-development planning, floor plan design and implementation of marketing campaigns from concept to closing gives Kris a distinct edge in this niche. Additionally, Kris managed high-end luxury lease-ups and acquisition apartment communities as a lease-up property manager honing her insight on all areas of real estate, from managing budgets and leasing to advertising, resident concierge programs and daily operations of luxury high-rise developments throughout Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York City. Recently, Kris repositioned assets in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida and downtown Miami spearheading leasing, marketing & operations for ownership resulting in the successful disposition of the assets with record-breaking success. Kris studied Business and Marketing at Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York. Kris enjoys spending time with her husband, Zenon and son, Zen.
